The Trojan SIND 06 1225 942Ah 6V industrial battery supports renewable energy systems with large daily loads and periodic cycles. It offers a robust amp-hour capacity for large off-grid solar, wind, and hybrid systems. It is also an alternative for residential power backup, smart grid peak shifting, and various other applications.

Trojan SIND batteries meet IEC and BCI standards. They feature Trojan’s Maxguard XL Separator and a wide-channel design that increases acid flow for optimum battery performance, offering better resilience against stratification.

Trojan Industrial batteries also incorporate DuraGrid Design, providing a thick grid structure that resists corrosion, and when combined with the Alpha Plus Paste with T2 technology, it increases overall battery life. The SIND series comes with a 3-year free replacement or replace period and a 7-year pro-rated period for a total limited warranty of 10 years.

The Reinforced Protection Wrap is a five-component wrapping and insulating system. It includes an edge-protecting Koroseal with a plastic boot to protect the bottom of the plate. This plate construction safeguards against shedding, improving the battery’s performance.

The battery design includes removable 2-volt cell components assembled in a rugged polypropylene housing; they are bundled in a secondary polyethylene containment case, forming a single high-capacity battery. The advanced battery design protects against harsh environments, corrosion, moisture, and dirt; it prevents potential acid leaks while providing easy maintenance.
