Where in the US do you ship?
We ship orders across the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: see section below).
When does my order qualify for preferential shipping?
We will provide preferential shipping rates every time you spend $600 or more in our store and can send the purchased items via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Please note that this offer does not apply to those living in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and does not include LTL freight shipments.
What products do NOT qualify for preferential shipping?
Items we cannot ship via standard UPS, FedEx, or USPS, such as deep cycle batteries, large solar panels (250W and up), metal battery enclosures, and any other item or combination of items that typically require a freight carrier or pallets for transportation. That being said, we make sure to provide the lowest possible shipping costs for these heavier products and avoid additional costs. This means that it might take a little longer for our staff to manually calculate the freight charges, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
How do I know if my order will ship today or tomorrow?
Our standard practice is that our orders will ship the same or next day. If this is not the case because some of your items are back ordered, we will let you know shortly after you have placed the order. You are welcome to contact us before placing your order by clicking on the "checkout" button.
What items are available for will call and in what locations?
Will call locations are distribution centers managed by manufacturers and distributors with which we have partnered: we have no control over their facilities and each location is unique. The first step is to determine if there is a distribution center near you that stocks the products you are looking for. Some of the main centers we work with are located in northern California, southern California, and New Jersey. Feel free to email or call us and we will be happy to help find a location in your area.
Are you willing to offer a more competitive shipping rate for my order?
Absolutely. If you think that the rate shown online can be improved, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
